Some of it is though. Obama's camp could have been going on and on and on and on and on for the last two months about how these elections weren't supposed to count and therefore they wouldn't. Instead he's been saying that they'd find some way of seating the delegates. That has affected the debate.
1. It's never been Obama's call.
2. Obama has never been against seating the Michigan and Florida delegations. He is only opposed to seating them "as is" mainly due to the issues involved with the "uncommitted pledged delegates" from Michigan.
