something like 'Our accountants handle all that stuff and I guess they must have let that house slip through the cracks.'

That opens up the elitist meme bigtime as the average American doesn't have so many houses that their full-time staff of accountants can overlook the taxes on one.

I hope he also has trouble trying to explain this off as an error on the part of the accountants.  How many average Americans have accountants to take care of all their bills.

Of course, if this is Cindy's house, I am sure that the 'C' word is flying around that house tonight.
