'cause, ya know, paying taxes is what most people do, so by NOT paying them, he's a maverick. Or sumthin'.
Maybe he can start arguing that "the 16th amendment was not properly ratified" in the hopes of picking up the whackmobile tax protestor ultra-libertarian "sovereign state citizens" vote. That's...what, about 0.15% right there, or probably about three times as many folks as there are PUMA's.
